FOR ALL CHILDREN
- Current Immunization Record
- Safe Shoes – Sneakers, boots, etc.
- Rain Boots on wet or rainy days
INFANTS
- Diapers / Wipes (monthly)
- 2 boxes of Kleenex (150 count or more)
- Box of 100ct latex-free gloves (monthly)
- Bottles / formula / water (labeled with baby's name or initials)
- Blanket (name labeled)
- Water bottle (if baby drinks from a cup)
- Extra clothes (with names on labels)
- Special items needed for comfort
- SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR CHILD
AGES 2 & 3 (Not Potty Trained)
- Diapers, pull-ups, or extra underwear (as needed)
